Smoothies

I have made a life-style change this past year, and in so doing I have been using a lot of health/fitness apps.  I ran across one about 2-weeks ago, that I really like.  It doesn't do anything special, it is a recipe application.  Its name, "Smoothies", and it has a ton of smoothie recipes on it.  I have enjoyed the few that I have tried so far, and my 4-year-old son absolutely loved the banana one I made him this morning.  If you like smoothies, and are trying to eat healthier, give this a try, I love it! 

Zulily

I have a droid.  I love it!  One of my favorite apps is Zulily.  Have any of you been to the Zulily website?  They have great women and kids products at a discount.  I believe each sale lasts for three days, and everyday there is new sales added.  Well, when I found out that they have an app, I had to get it.  Now when I have an extra free minute at work, I can look and see if there is anything I could buy at a great deal.

For instance, just this past weekend we went shopping for new shoes for the kids.  Well my son, wanted DC's, so we went to Shoe Carnival.  They were having a sale, buy one, get one 1/2 off.  We needed three pairs of shoes.  My son's DC's were I believe 48.00, guess what, I go home and check out Zulily (not even thinking, just habit) and BAM, there were the DC's and they had them for less than 30.00!

If you are looking for a deal, the Zulily app is a must if you are a mom, grandma, aunt or are buying for children.
